We collect personal data in two ways:
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if a working relationship develops, to communicate about that relationship. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries directed to us, and, where a contract is discussed, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Cookie-based data is only collected for the purposes you consent to — see Section 5.
Contact form submissions are sent directly to our email inbox (hosted with Hostinger) and are not automatically synced to any CRM or third-party platform. We may manually record inquiries in our own records for follow-up.
The site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic and page performance, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure ad campaign performance for our LinkedIn ads. We also plan to add the remaining marketing tools listed below. In every case, the tool only loads after you give consent via the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using the link.

Where any of these tools transfer data outside the EU/EEA, the provider's standard contractual safeguards apply. This table will be kept current as tools are added or removed.
When you arrive at our site by clicking a link that includes campaign tracking parameters (for example, a link we shared on LinkedIn), our server records a single line noting the time, the page you landed on, and those campaign parameters. This happens automatically as part of normal server operation, similar to a standard web server log, and does not depend on cookie consent.
We do not log your IP address, set a cookie, or track you across pages or visits with this data — each line is a one-time record of a single page landing tied to the campaign link used, not to you personally. We use it solely to see which campaigns and channels are driving visits to specific pages, and it is not shared with any third party.
Contact form messages are kept only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if a business relationship develops, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by applicable tax or legal record-keeping rules. Cookie consent choices are stored in your browser and expire automatically after 12 months, after which you will be asked again. Campaign link logs (Section 6) are automatically deleted after 12 months.
